CANCELLATION RIGHTS

In accordance with the distance selling Regulations 2000, customers have the right to cancel their product order within seven days 48 hours notice is required for cancellation of any treatments booked through the website. Failure to do so will result in loss of the fee.

DELIVERY

Any delivery time given by Dr Talib, or her agentss, is an estimate only and the Company shall not be liable for the consequence of delay, nor shall delay constitute a breach of contract by the Company to repudiate the contract.
The Company shall not be liable for loss or damage in transit unless the Customer gives notice of such loss or damage in time to enable Dr Talib to claim against the Carrier.
The Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods if they have not been rejected on or before the seventh day after delivery. The Customer shall carry out a thorough inspection of the goods within 48 hours of delivery and shall give written verification to the Company within 3 days of delivery of any defects which reasonable examination would have revealed. The Customer shall not be entitled to reject the Goods in whole or in part after such date.

TITLE & RISK

The Goods shall be at the risk of the Customer following delivery and notwithstanding delivery, title in the Goods shall not pass to the Customer until the Customer has made payment of all sums owing to Dr Talib, failing which the Company shall have the right to repossess or otherwise to recover the Goods. Until title passes, the Customer shall hold the goods as bailee for the Company and shall store or mark them such that at all times they can be identified as the Customers property.

FORCE MAJEURE

Dr Nigma Talib shall not be liable for any default due to any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Dr Talib or her agents, including, but not limited to, Acts of God, war, civil unrest, riot, strike, lock-outs, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, flood, earthquake or shortage of supply.

LAW

Any contract made between the Company and the Customer shall in all respects be governed by and be construed in accordance with English Law and the parties hereto submit to jurisdiction in the English courts.
A Customer placing an order with the Company shall be deemed to have understood and accepted the above conditions.

RETURNS

It is your responsibility to check the goods on delivery, any shortages, damage or wrong delivery should be reported within three working days to a member of our Customer Services Team, who will advise the next course of action.
Should you change your mind within ten days, and the product is unopened, unused and in perfect condition a full refund/credit will be given, less any discount given at time of order.
Any product returned, unused and unopened, after thirty days will be subject to a 15% handling charge.
