What does DDP shipping mean?

We ship international orders using DDP (Delivered Duties Paid).
This means duties, taxes, and import fees are calculated and paid at checkout, so your package should not be held at customs asking you to pay anything on delivery.

If you ever receive a separate bill for duties or taxes, please contact our team right away so we can investigate and resolve it with our shipping partner.

Are duties and taxes included in my shipping cost?

Yes. At checkout you’ll see:

• The shipping cost (Standard or Express), and

• A separate line for duties and taxes

Both are paid upfront. Once you complete your order, there should be no surprise charges at the border or upon delivery.

Do you ship to my country? Are there any product restrictions?

We ship to many countries worldwide using our international partner network. However, some regions place extra rules on supplements and cosmetics, and we’re required to follow those local regulations.

A few key points:

• Some cosmetic items and serums that qualify as dangerous goods (for example, formulas with certain acids) are temporarily unavailable for international shipping from our U.S. warehouse.

• In some countries (for example, Spain), certain cosmetics may be restricted, but supplements can still be shipped if they meet the local rules. 

• If a product can’t legally be shipped to your destination, it will either:

  • Not appear as available when you shop from that country, or

  • Be blocked at checkout once your shipping address is entered.

The easiest way to check is to:

1. Add your items to cart

2. Enter your shipping address

3. See which products and shipping options remain available

If an item disappears or becomes unavailable, it’s likely restricted for your region.

What is the “90-day supplement” rule?

Some countries allow supplements to be imported only for personal use and often limit that to about a 90-day supply per order.

What that means in practice:

• Please limit the quantity of certain supplements you buy in a single international order.

• If your order exceeds what’s considered a reasonable 90-day personal supply in that country, the order may be hold on customs.

• These rules exist to protect consumers and comply with local health regulations, and we’re required to follow them.
